- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations that translate technical findings into business recommendations for leadership.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
- Database Management: Maintain and optimize data warehouses, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for the analytics team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
