Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for management.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and non-technical language for presentation to non-technical stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and recommend data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Forecasting: Assist in developing predictive models to forecast market trends and business growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python or R is a strong plus.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP); experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
