Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases and spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership clearly and concisely.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (subqueries, joins, window functions) and experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Expert-level Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
