Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with management to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Optimize database queries and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
