Responsibilities
- Perform complex data mining and cleaning to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to define data requirements and solve business problems.
- Conduct A/B testing analysis and statistical modeling to optimize product performance and user engagement.
- Automate reporting processes using Python or R to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, stored procedures, and joins).
- Strong coding skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
