Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated data pipelines to ensure clean, accessible datasets
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive presentations
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Develop ad-hoc SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Document methodologies and create comprehensive analytics reports
- Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms (SQL Server, Snowflake)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions, CTEs)
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros
- Strong Python/R experience with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, dplyr)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
