Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations using SQL, Python, and statistical methods
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key business metrics
- Partner with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility across the organization
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, concise visualizations and narratives
- Continuously optimize data collection methods to improve accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence role
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for data manipulation
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
