Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for real-time business intelligence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and clear narratives
- Implement data quality controls and improve data pipeline efficiency

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL (joins, window functions, complex queries)
- Strong Python skills with libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Advanced statistical knowledge and experimental design
