Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to uncover trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and drive data-informed decisions
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and clear storytelling

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to non-technical audiences
