Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement data collection systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to validate hypotheses through A/B testing and statistical analysis
- Present findings to leadership with clear recommendations and data-backed strategies
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches
- Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex insights simply
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects and visualizations
