Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to visualize key performance metrics.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations that impact business strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and formulate specific analytical questions.
- Create clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings to executive leadership and non-technical teams.
- Partner with engineering teams to improve data pipelines and data warehouse architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into understandable business insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data-driven recommendations.
