Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Develop automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Present complex findings through compelling visualizations and executive presentations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python/R
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis methods and experimental design
- Proven experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
