Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques to forecast trends and support data-driven decision-making.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear, actionable business insights.
- Database Management: Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve data and collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current reporting processes and implement solutions to streamline data workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong experience creating visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
