Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations
- Develop and maintain automated reporting pipelines for real-time data delivery
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, concise storytelling
- Ensure data integrity and implement robust QA processes
- Stay current with emerging analytics tools and methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced experience with visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience working with government data or federal contracts preferred
- Certification in data analytics or business intelligence (e.g., Google Data Analytics) a plus
