Responsibilities
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to support business strategy.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop, maintain, and update interactive dashboards and visualizations (Tableau, PowerBI) to monitor KPIs in real-time.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity by performing rigorous data cleaning, validation, and warehousing using SQL and Python.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to optimize data collection processes and improve reporting efficiency.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to forecast market trends and support financial planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Ability to relocate to North Carolina (Relocation assistance provided).
