Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Datasets: Gather, clean, and analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Visualize Insights: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to present key performance indicators (KPIs) clearly.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Build statistical models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current reporting processes and automate workflows to improve data integrity and speed.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and analytical models.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL for database querying; experience with Python or R is a strong plus.
- Visualization: Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills and a rigorous attention to data accuracy.
