In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to leadership, transforming raw data into meaningful reports and visualizations that guide critical business decisions. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure our data infrastructure is robust and our analytics are accurate.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large sets of raw data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and define project goals.
- Document data processes and create comprehensive technical documentation for stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
