Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to uncover trends and insights
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design and implement data quality frameworks ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Present findings to leadership through clear, actionable visualizations and reports
- Support A/B testing and statistical analysis for product optimization
- Document processes and maintain data dictionaries for team scalability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven portfolio
- Expertise in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and critical thinking skills
