Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI for executive stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to optimize business processes.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis scripts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, joins) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Visualization Tools: Experience with Tableau or Microsoft Power BI is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, non-technical insights for diverse audiences.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Cleveland, North Carolina.
