Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Produce comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to executive leadership and operational teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
