Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain complex data models and databases to support business operations.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Produce regular reports and presentations to communicate findings to executive leadership.
- Identify process improvements and recommend strategies to optimize data quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data extraction.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting data to non-technical audiences.
