Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis: Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies.
- Develop dashboards: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to present findings to stakeholders.
- Generate reports: Write clear, concise reports summarizing data analysis results and recommendations for business strategy.
- Database management: Collaborate with IT to maintain and optimize our data warehouse and ensure data integrity.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Auditing: Monitor data quality and accuracy to ensure reliable reporting.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Strongly preferred) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excel: Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
