Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large, complex data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and executive summaries to support high-level decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and implement new data systems.
- Maintain and improve existing data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure real-time data availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures).
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis concepts, data mining, and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate technical data for non-technical audiences.
