The Role
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends, and presenting actionable insights to key stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in shaping our business strategy through rigorous data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform complex statistical analysis to solve business problems and optimize processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and presentations.
- Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot data quality issues to ensure real-time reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business language.
