- Analyze complex datasets using provided SAS/SQL tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations and reports using Tableau licenses supplied by the company
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Maintain data integrity using provided ETL software and database systems
- Present findings to leadership through executive dashboards built on our BI platforms
- Optimize data collection processes using provided automation tools
- Stay current with industry advancements using our subscription-based learning resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (company provides licenses for Anaconda)
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools (software provided)
- Strong statistical modeling and data visualization skills
- Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences
- Experience with data warehousing concepts (training provided on our systems)
- Proven problem-solving ability with attention to detail
