Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets from various sources.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create clear and actionable data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Excel.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business strategy.
- Maintain accurate data documentation and databases.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in data analysis, technology, and business intelligence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is required.
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
