Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to track key performance indicators.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to define metrics and KPIs.
- Perform A/B testing analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and features.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Information Systems.
- Proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, window functions) and Python or R.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
- Experience with statistical software (SAS, SPSS) is a plus.
