Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of datasets.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and stakeholders to define data requirements and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct basic statistical analysis to support business planning and decision-making processes.
- Document data processes and maintain clear, organized data repositories.
Qualifications
- No prior professional experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
