- Assist in the development of interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools.
- Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence business decisions.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to interpret data findings and present actionable insights.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy in all reporting outputs.
- Prepare clear and concise documentation of data processes and methodologies.
- Support the team in forecasting and trend analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Business) or equivalent professional experience.
- No experience required – We provide full training for the right candidate.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts).
- Basic understanding of SQL or willingness to learn database querying.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate to El Paso, Texas.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
