Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Assist in the creation of data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Maintain and update existing data models and documentation to reflect current business processes.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to share progress and seek guidance on technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) is required.
- Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL queries is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and draw logical conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present data insights effectively.
- Aptitude for learning new software tools and technologies quickly.
