Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection and cleaning of large datasets to ensure accuracy.
- Develop basic dashboards and reports using Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Perform data validation and reconcile discrepancies in data sources.
- Support senior analysts in conducting statistical analysis and market research.
- Document data processes and create user-friendly data guides.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).
- Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex data simply.
