Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to support strategic business decisions.
- Assist in the design and implementation of data models and interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform basic data analysis and generate weekly reports for management and stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets to help optimize operational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Maintain accurate documentation of data sources, methodologies, and findings.
- Support the data governance team in ensuring data quality and integrity.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Familiarity with SQL or a strong willingness to learn is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
