About the Role
In this role, you will support our senior analysts in collecting, cleaning, and interpreting complex datasets. You will help drive business decisions by identifying trends, creating reports, and visualizing data in a way that is easy for stakeholders to understand. We are looking for a quick learner who is passionate about data integrity and storytelling through numbers.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from various sources and clean, format, and organize it for analysis.
- Report Generation: Assist in creating weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards using tools like Excel and Tableau.
- Trend Analysis: Identify patterns, outliers, and correlations in datasets to provide actionable business recommendations.
- Data Visualization: Develop clear, intuitive charts and graphs to present data findings to non-technical team members.
- Database Support: Learn to write basic SQL queries to retrieve specific data sets and support data storage operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide support.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of data processes, methodologies, and analysis results.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, Math, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. We are looking for candidates with a strong academic background or internship exposure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is highly desired.
- Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate complex data simply.
- Interest: A genuine passion for data analytics and a willingness to learn new technologies.
