As a Junior Data Analyst, you will work closely with senior data scientists to maintain our data pipelines, build visualizations, and support key business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Support Data Cleaning: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing large datasets to ensure accuracy for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Collaborate with the BI team to create intuitive and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis and trend reporting to identify opportunities for growth.
- Database Management: Conduct queries in SQL to retrieve specific data points and support ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis results.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL (basic to intermediate) and Microsoft Excel is required.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) is a plus but not required.
- Language: Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Soft Skills: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
