Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preparation of large datasets for analysis.
- Generate clear, concise, and professional reports and visualizations using data visualization tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business needs.
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot inconsistencies in data pipelines.
- Support the execution of ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and training sessions to enhance analytical skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Statistics, Computer Science) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Ability to learn new software and analytical tools quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate to the Fresno, CA area and obtain necessary work authorization.
