Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure data integrity.
- Create clear data visualizations and dashboards (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and improve data collection processes.
- Perform statistical analysis and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business decisions.
- Identify gaps in data and propose solutions to enhance our analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) is required.
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into understandable insights.
- Willingness to learn new data analysis tools and methodologies.
