Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Communication: Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
- Forecasting: Create predictive models to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Visualization: Strong command of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio).
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
