Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support business planning.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (3+ years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
