Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for stakeholder reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of datasets.
- Prepare clear and concise documentation for data models, methodologies, and technical reports.
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to support product optimization and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures, and Window Functions).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, or Google BigQuery) is a plus.
