Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and data optimization within existing workflows.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in the United States.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros, and formulas).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
