Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and create detailed reports to present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with management to define data requirements and define clear metrics for success.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues and anomalies.
- Forecast trends and provide recommendations based on quantitative data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (2+ years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating technical data into business insights.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
