Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleansing: Extract, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure high-quality analysis.
- Dashboard Development: Create and maintain interactive visualizations using Power BI and Tableau to monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, outliers, and correlations within the data.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for executive stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
- Process Optimization: Identify manual processes and develop automated solutions to improve data retrieval times and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL for querying databases and proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Demonstrated expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and persuasive presentations for non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
