Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and maintain complex dashboards and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to support business initiatives and product development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and insights to senior management and non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data extraction.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to diverse audiences effectively.
