Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Visual Reporting: Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Statistical Modeling: Develop and apply statistical models to forecast market trends and optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Database Management: Maintain and query SQL databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility for all reporting needs.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization based on data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.
