Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure data integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize KPIs and performance metrics.
- Write complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from relational databases.
- Perform statistical analysis and trend forecasting to identify business opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to translate data findings into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries for management, highlighting key insights and actionable items.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) is required.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Milwaukee, WI.
