Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large, complex datasets from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate data stories effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify business needs and define data requirements.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy of reporting metrics across all platforms.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience with SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and complex querying.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
