Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to support real-time reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to support data extraction and reporting needs.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate business hypotheses and drive product improvements.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
