Responsibilities
- Query & Extract: Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
- Visualize Data: Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to present insights to stakeholders.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and key metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that drive strategic decision-making for the executive team.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and improve data infrastructure.
- Automation: Develop Python or R scripts to automate data pipelines and reduce manual reporting efforts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong command of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Google Analytics.
