Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare claims data to identify cost-saving opportunities and patient care trends
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Create automated SQL reports for monthly performance metrics
- Collaborate with clinical teams to translate data findings into operational improvements
- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all data handling processes
- Present findings to leadership with clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years of healthcare data analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (joins, window functions, CTEs)
- Expertise in Tableau or Power BI with portfolio examples
- Strong Python skills (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing
- Certification in healthcare data analytics (preferred)
