Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with A/B testing and predictive analytics preferred
